Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the provision of services by the Karinbutan project — a professional video recording service for rhythmic gymnastics performances and other events.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
2. Ordering Process
Orders are placed via the form on the website.
You confirm that you are the legal representative of the gymnast and that you provide accurate information (name, year of birth, contact details).
After placing an order, you receive confirmation by email or messenger.
3. Payment Terms
The order is fulfilled after 100% prepayment.
Payment is made via a secure payment page (Visa/Mastercard bank cards).
The final cost is calculated when placing the order.
No hidden fees.
4. Turnaround Time and Delivery
Standard turnaround time: 7–14 days after the competition ends.
During peak periods, the turnaround time may be extended, and the Customer will be notified.
The finished video is sent as a download link.
Files are available for 14 days.
5. Video Quality and Format
Video is produced in Full HD format (1920×1080, 50fps, MP4).
Filming is carried out from the most advantageous angle (from the judges' side) using one or more cameras.
Post-production includes editing, color correction, and audio normalization.
Additional effects are possible for clips and Reels: slow motion, transitions, adaptation for social media.
6. Publication of the Video
By default, the video may be published on the Karinbutan YouTube channel.
The Customer has the right to opt out of publication when placing the order.
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright to video materials belongs to Karinbutan.
Upon payment, the Customer receives the right to personal use of the video.
Commercial use is possible only by separate agreement.
8. Refund Policy
A refund is possible if: the gymnast is significantly out of frame; the key content of the performance is missing; or the filming did not take place.
Refunds are processed within 10 days to the same payment method (net of payment system fees).
9. Liability of the Parties
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to provide services in the event of a breach of these Terms or of the law.
Video may be removed or restricted from access in the event of a violation of the terms of use.
10. Personal Data
By placing an order, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
