Stream Terms
1. General Provisions
This agreement governs the provision of the online competition streaming service through this website. Placing an order or paying for access signifies the user's full agreement with the terms of this agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Contractor provides the user with access to the online stream of the competition. The user receives the right to view the stream during the specified period.
3. Access to the Stream
After payment, the user receives a link or other means of access for viewing. Access may be time-limited, personal, or tied to a specific event.
4. Payment
Payment constitutes confirmation of the order, activation of access to the stream, and agreement with the terms of this agreement.
5. Features of the Service
The stream is provided subject to technical capabilities and the conditions of the event. The Contractor makes every possible effort to ensure a stable stream and responds promptly to technical failures. At the same time, the user agrees that signal delays, temporary interruptions, and changes in video quality are possible.
6. Viewing Conditions
The user is required to independently ensure a stable internet connection and a device capable of playing video. If viewing is impossible on the user's side, no refund is issued.
7. Refunds
A refund is possible in the event of a complete absence of the stream due to the Contractor's fault, or significant technical problems that made it impossible to watch the stream. In the event of partial unavailability of the stream, a partial refund is possible at the Contractor's discretion.
8. Alternative Solutions
In the event of technical difficulties while watching the stream, the Contractor makes every possible effort to resolve them. Upon the user's request, the Contractor may offer alternative options for obtaining the content, in particular special terms for purchasing a video of the performance. Such offers are an additional service and do not replace the streaming service. Each case is considered individually.
9. Use of Content
The user is prohibited from recording the stream, copying or distributing the video, or transferring access to third parties.
10. Liability
The Contractor is not liable for viewing quality, which depends on the user's internet connection, technical limitations of the user's device, and interruptions caused by the actions of third parties or force majeure. The Contractor is not exempted from liability in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
11. Technical Maintenance
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, updates, or failures.
12. Personal Data
The user agrees to the processing of personal data — name, phone, email — for the purpose of providing access to the stream and informing the user.
