Public Offer Agreement
This document constitutes a public offer (proposal) for the provision of video recording services. Placing an order on the website signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
1. Placing an Order
An order refers to video content (video clips) delivered in Full HD 1920×1080 50p, 25 Mbps quality, in MP4 format, containing a video recording of a sports performance, dance, or rhythmic gymnastics routine.
Filming is carried out in medium and wide shots, depending on the gymnast's element being performed, with one camera from the most advantageous angle. Post-production includes editing of the opening and closing sequence, color correction, exposure correction, and audio normalization.
The order is fulfilled by Vladimir Vasylovych But, operating under the creative pseudonym "Karinbutan", which is a registered trademark.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are the legal representative of the person(s) (gymnasts) whose video you are ordering, and you unconditionally accept all terms of these Terms of Service.
The Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided when placing an order, including email address and contact phone number.
By accepting these terms, the Customer consents to receive SMS or messenger notifications from the Contractor.
The results of completed orders may be used by the Contractor without restriction, including by posting them on the Karinbutan YouTube channel. The Customer retains the right to opt out of public posting by indicating this when placing the order.
3. Payment Terms and Procedure
Online orders are fulfilled after 100% advance payment. To pay, you must fill in all fields of the order form and agree to the terms of service; you will then be redirected to a secure payment page.
The cost of the service depends on the number of videos, the type of filming (single-camera or multi-camera), and the type of performance (individual or group), and is calculated when filling in the order form.
Maximum turnaround time: single-camera video — 14 days, two-camera video — 20 days, clip — 25 days after the tournament ends. If an order is placed after the tournament has ended, the turnaround period begins from the moment the order is registered.
Once the video has been produced, the customer receives a notification via Telegram or at the email address provided when ordering.
4. Terms of Delivery of the Finished Video
Finished videos are uploaded to cloud storage. Files are named according to the gymnast's last name, first name, year of birth, and, in the case of a performance with apparatus, the name of the apparatus.
Files are stored on cloud storage for two weeks after the readiness notification is sent, but no earlier than one month after the tournament ends.
Source material is deleted one month after the tournament ends.
Downloading from cloud storage is free of charge and requires no additional registration or payment.
5. Video Content
All completed work must be used by the Customer solely for lawful purposes and must not contravene the current legislation of Ukraine or international legal norms.
Use of the work in violation of intellectual property rights is prohibited. Any video used contrary to these rules will be blocked on the Karinbutan YouTube channel.
Filming is carried out exclusively within the framework of rhythmic gymnastics competitions, in accordance with FIG media rules.
The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the Customer if the material is indecent, threatening, or violates these rules.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
A full refund is guaranteed within 30 days of the order if, in the video, the person (gymnast) fully leaves the frame more than twice, or if the duration of any single such instance exceeds two seconds.
The advance payment is refunded if filming did not take place for any reason — the athlete's illness or objective circumstances that prevented the filming process.
Refunds are made net of payment system fees. When paying by VISA/Mastercard, the money is returned to the same card. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the request.
Refunds are issued exclusively for objective technical reasons, not for subjective dissatisfaction.
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright to all video material belongs to KarinButan. Upon full payment, the Customer receives the right to personal use of the video.
Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with the Contractor.
The results of completed orders may be used by the Contractor for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the Customer has objected when placing the order.
8. Collection and Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," by signing these Terms the Customer consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the Contractor's database and to its further processing.
Access to personal data may be granted for: compliance with the legislation of Ukraine; compliance with these Terms; detection and prevention of fraudulent actions.
This privacy policy may change from time to time. Changes are published on the website.
