This document constitutes a public offer (proposal) for the provision of video recording services. Placing an order on the website signifies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

1. Placing an Order

An order refers to video content (video clips) delivered in Full HD 1920×1080 25p, 25 Mbps quality, in MP4 format, containing a video recording of a sports performance, dance performance, or rhythmic gymnastics routine.

Recording is carried out using medium and wide shots, depending on the gymnast’s performance elements, with a single camera positioned at the most advantageous angle. Post-production includes editing of the introductory and closing sequences, color correction, exposure adjustment, and audio normalization.

The service provider is Ihor Kuts, operating under the creative pseudonym «Worex».

2. Rights and Obligations of the Customer

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are the legal representative of the person(s) (gymnasts) whose videos you are ordering and that you unconditionally accept all terms and conditions of these Service Rules.

The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided when placing an order, including the email address and contact phone number.

By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to receive SMS messages or messages via messaging applications from the Service Provider.

Completed orders may be used by the Service Provider without limitation, including publication on the YouTube channel worex5920. The customer reserves the right to prohibit public publication by indicating this when placing the order.

3. Payment Terms and Procedure

Online orders are processed only after 100% advance payment has been received.

The cost of the service depends on the number of videos, the type of filming (single-camera or multi-camera), the type of performance (individual or group), and is calculated automatically when completing the order form.

Maximum production times are as follows:

Single-camera video: up to 14 days
Two-camera video: up to 20 days
Highlight clip: up to 25 days

4. Delivery of Finished Videos

Completed videos are uploaded to cloud storage. Files remain available for two weeks after the readiness notification has been sent, but not less than one month after the tournament has ended.

5. Video Content

All completed works must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

A full refund is guaranteed within 30 days if the gymnast completely leaves the frame more than twice during the video, or if any such occurrence lasts longer than two seconds.
